Has a nice foamy head that dissipates rather quickly. Nose is that of a typical farmhouse; taste begins bitter and mellows into a nice, peach finish.

Behind the Sherpa's and variants, the best beer I have had at Forager. A mixed cultured saison that expresses itself with complexity. I think the aroma could let you on a little bit more on what the flavor will bring, but that is a minor complaint.
