Pours a dark amber colour with a head that doesn't last long, settling into a thin ring.
Taste definitely has wild rice, has some bitterness (most likely from the rice and not hops) and finishes nutty. 25 IBU, notes say fermented cold with a yeast from an old Minneapolis brewery; wild rice is from Northwoods of Wisconsin.
