Shrub and Vine was blended from two separate batches of oak fermented mixed culture saison. The barrels selected were blended onto late harvest Concord Grapes from a local vineyard and Honeyberries from the Blue Fruit Farm. This farmhouse ale drinks like a tart sparkling wine with notes of raspberry, blackberry and Smucker's Grape Jelly. Enjoy this Minnesota wild saison with a friend while preparing a delicious feast.

Bottle. Jammy raspberry color. Light pink head.
A little tart and acidic for my liking. Very fruity, jammy. A tad medicinal. Kind of funky. Light bodied. Medium to high carbonation level.
