A big thanks to Jeff for this one. 750ml capped bottle into a Brooklyn Brewery snifter. Shared with schen9303.
Amazing color with a nice, foamy head. Nose is blueberry, light vinegar and a signature Brett funk. Rather mellow. Beer opens semi-sweet and tart blueberry. Lots of funky Brett notes with sprinkles of hay, oak, sawdust, and plastic. I also get coriander, clove and cinnamon. More blueberry tartness at the finish with a cobweb and wet wood finish. This is impressive. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly and lively on the palate and goes down aggressive and sparkling. Dry finish. Spot on for the style.
This is a damn impressive beer and I hope to revisit this brewery soon.
