Joyce Blend #2 farmhouse saison explores Minnesota grown plums, handpicked by our ebullient friends, Jim and Joyce, at their award winning organic Blue Fruit Farm. We selected two red wine barrels containing mixed culture farmhouse saisons as the base ale for these juicy little treasures. Fruited at a ratio of 3.25 pounds of fruit per gallon of beer, this is our most heavily fruited saison to date. Bottle conditioned with local wildflower honey, coaxed a bouquet of floral notes, bright herbal jam and refreshing effervescence. Crack this bottle to toast a celebratory moment.
