Thanks to Jeff for this one. 750ml capped bottle into a Founder's snifter. Shared with schen9303.
Nose is lemon zest, straw, oak, a slight touch of vinegar, and a lot of Brett funk in the back. Very aromatic. Beer opens lemon zest, peppercorn, and lime. Slight vinegar, more lemon, foral notes in the middle. End is hay, straw, and a barnyard bitterness. Funky finish. Body is light with ample carbonation but somehow a touch filmy as well. Aggressive on the palate and goes down quenching, sparkling with a dry finish. Weird filminess.
Really solid. Big tartness that is complemented well by big funky notes.
