A - Pours a reddish orange body, clear, with a short pink-tinted head, minimal lacing.

S - A strong hit of Saison funk, with cherry flesh notes beneath, coming forward into a lovely fruity finish.

T - Impressive open of pungent acidity, with a cherry thread present from the start but becoming core in the middle, flesh and a sweet juicy chord, followed by mild barnyard and buttery aspects that linger over continued bright cherry notes through the finish.

M - Moderate weight, very brisk carbonation, slick on the tongue, with just a bit of prickly acidity that lingers in the finish.

O - Lovely cherry-based Saison, pungent and funky and fun, this beer is delicious. So glad I got to try a bottle.

Momentary Glimpse pours a dark, reddish color with a small head. The aroma is filled with very tart cherries. The flavor is very sour cherries, rose water, a hint of fresh wood, a touch of honey, and wildflowers to finish—a good feel and very tart. Overall, bright, very acidic, and has lots of cherries.
