Daydreaming is our house Saison, a marriage of quaint ingredients and modern innovation. Brewed with German barley, MN grown white wheat, raw spelt, and oats. Traditional French hops were then carefully woven in. Fermented in oak barrels using our diverse culture of microflora.

A - Pours out pale golden, clear until the bottom pours out, with a short head that fades to nothing. No lacing.
S - Typical minerality and hop and sour acidity, lemon and grassiness.
T - Follows the nose, bright acidic fruitiness, mild limestone, and a dry earthy finish.
M - Moderate weight, clean and crisp and so solid.
O - A pretty tasty Saison, clean and solid, I enjoyed this one a lot.
