First there was Kent The Otter, then Wolf & Otter, and now it's time for Galaxy Otter!
Years in the making, Galaxy Otter is the result of extended barrel aging that has taken this English style barleywine to an entirely new level of decadence. Imagine the convergence of one malt, one hop, one yeast, and the art of patience. What emerged is a mesmerizing mahogany diamond, the pinnacle of flavors harmoniously interwoven in the tapestry of #BIL everything.
And the magic behind Galaxy Otter lies in the outstanding craftsmanship that went into its creation. Three 26-month-old barrels, each with its own unique character, were meticulously blended to achieve this extraordinary batch. Picture this: a 30-gallon RockFilter Distillery barrel, a Blanton's barrel, and a Buffalo Trace barrel, all converging to craft a symphony of taste that will transport you to new dimensions of beer appreciation.

Brownish black opaque oily pour with a brown collar. Smells strongly of bourbon, molasses, caramel, vanilla, and dark fruits, especially raisin, with barley, dark wood, char, and earth to balance. Taste adds leather and a more defined barrel character, less sweet than the smell. Feel is heavy and full, barrel comes through nicely, chewy and warm
