From a can into 16 oz glass.
A: Pours a clear yellow to hold with about half a finger of slowly dissipating head. Excellent. It looks like sunshine in a bottle.
S: Notes of wheat, Belgian esters, and gum. perfect for the style.
T: Esters, wheat, slight honey.
M: Excellent and fresh.

Poured a clear, orange body with two finger head and lace ring. Dry, spicy cracker like aroma with no real funk or fruit notes in aroma. Medium-bodied and slick but the yeast and saison qualities (smattering of fruit sweetness) are overpowered by this dry cracker like slickness that leads to dry finish. Not bad but little off balanced.
