Bottle:
This is an enjoyable brew that has a bunch of floral aspects to it. The combination of the yeast notes and wood treatment is very enticing on the nose - apple blossoms, white wine, spice, and wood notes. The taste is a little more straightforward than the nose - apple aspects in a white wine with a wet wood note.
The bottle gave up a little foam on the pour. While the beer was not at all lacking effervescence, it did have a sort of flatness I have gotten in beers that foam a little too much initially. All in all, another beer I like smelling more than tasting. There's some true goodness here, but it came at a price.
