Pours a dark brown color with a small tan head that doesn't last. Aroma is sweet & not much else. Taste is sticky sweet cinnamon. It just borders on being too sweet with a hint of vanilla. Easy sipping dessert beer. Good for what it is. DOB 4-21-2024.

16oz can. Canning date information bottom stamp is 'KC082523 21APR2024 F'.
Clear, ruby brown colored body. One finger of tan head, with a cinnamon tint, and this takes it to a surface storm and thin ring. All lacing left behind slides down into the body.
Aroma is cinnamon sweet, very similar to an actual cinnamon roll.
Taste is cinnamon soaked dark malts, and sweet icing from caramel and vanilla. Lingering hints of plum. Some nutmeg and cloves. Boozy than than bitter. Long lived aftertaste dwells on cinnamon and arrives at a dark fruit destination.
More than medium mouthfeel. Sticky texture. Mouth coating lasts throughout the session. Okay carbonation.
Must like cinnamon and cinnamon buns to enjoy.

Grabbed a variety 6-pack and a 4-pack of El Segundo’s Broken Skull Lager after a quick stop with the family. Untappd description was “Got a craving for cinnamon buns but no time to bake? Poured a chestnut brown color with 1-to-2 fingers of khaki tan frothy-to-fizzy head, which dissipated quickly. Could see just a few bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Good spotty lacing. Poor retention. (Sight - 3.00)
Smelled cinnamon bun, creamy vanilla frosting, carrot cake, dark fruit, dates and caramel. Not quite as good from the can but more cinnamon and nutmeg. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted cinnamon bun, nutmeg, creamy vanilla frosting, carrot cake, dark fruit, dates and caramel. (Taste - 3.75)
Medium body. Sticky texture. Average carbonation. Long, sweet finish. (Feel - 4.00)
Not quite as good as I hoped but still solid for what it was. (Overall - 3.75)

Clear chestnut (cinnamon?) color with a modest tan head.
The aroma is pure sweet cinnamon roll, hot dough, frosting and all.
The taste is likewise cinnamon roll (fresh dough, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, sugar), with a background of sweet caramel malt.
The body is medium, moderate carbonation, creamy smooth, very drinkable, 9.5% ABV is well hidden but still appreciated.
Altogether, This is absolutely an amazing desert or after dinner brew, liquid cinnamon bun, very nice. Otherwise, it is just too sweet and not much like "beer", but it makes a great desert, outstanding.

On tap at the House of Brews in Jensen Beach, Florida.
This beer lives up to its name: it smells and tastes like a boozy cinnamon roll. Too sweet for beer for me, but not too sweet for a cinnamon bun.

Sweet stuff.. More molasses and brown sugar than cinnamon. Vanilla note is nice. Somewhat syrupy.

At what point have we diverged so far from the basic formula that we can no longer call it beer? I mean, there's nothing about this liquid that suggests "beer." It's a canned and carbonated alcoholic beverage. And that's where the similarity ends. I'm not suggesting the Reinheitsgebot should be enforced here, but what exactly am I drinking?
