Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a Shaker pint glass, "Please enjoy by" date is "21SEPT2023", I bought this as part of a sampler pack.
APPEARANCE: pours a slightly hazy, copper color with one-finger off-white head that quickly dissipated until a ring of small bubbles remained around the rim, there is light lacing on the glass, medium carbonation.
SMELL: bread caramel and farmhouse funk.
TASTE: the taste follows the nose, initially sweet caramel and bread then farmhouse funk on the finish, I think there may have been some spice as well, perhaps nutmeg?
PALATE: it has medium body and crisp carbonation.
OVERALL: this is a good Saison, the mouthfeel was very nice but it's otherwise just an average Saison, I enjoyed it but would not seek it out as there are better beers in this style to be had.

12oz bottle. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden orange color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of grains, caramel, toffee and yeastiness. Sweet bready taste with spices, yeastiness and some tart lemon.
