Like an F-150 up on blocks in the middle of a turkey farm, this baby is All-American! The Mighty Eagle pours a golden yellow with bountiful white foam that persists until the flag stops waving and the boys come home. Naturally carbonated with tiny effervescent bubbles, this lager pours crystal clear and tastes clean, crisp and bright, with a dry body and a low bitterness. As refreshing as a mythical southern democratic country full of clean mountain streams and other dubious crap like that. Can you taste the freedom?

After reaching out to the brewery, Mighty Eagle beer (USA Boo!) is rebranded as just Mighty Lager now.
Good on them for rebranding the label after USA's controversy against Canada.
Pours a golden beer color. Lots of foam. Dies down after a couple minutes and leaves lacing behind. Pretty easy to drink. A little malty. Not to hoppy or bitter. This is an ok beer and I've had better lagers recently. Overall it's fine and most people would drink this beer without any complaint. Just wish it was a little more doughy or bready.

473 mL can from the LCBO; no canning date and served slightly chilled.
Pours a relatively clear pale golden colour, sporting nearly two inches of fluffy, foamy white head that steadily seeps off. Three or four minutes later, a tight cap and creamy collar remain on the surface, with a respectable swath of lace adhering to the glass - it's a fine-looking lager. Grainy aroma, with hints of bready malts, grassy hops and apple skin - a bit plain, but normal for the style.
The same can be said of the flavours, which are alright, but definitely not worth getting excited over. Coarse grains and bready malt sweetness, with notes of apple developing mid-sip; grassy, earthy hops arise on the back end. Slightly earthy aftertaste that persists for a second before trending off-dry. Light in body, with average carbonation levels that provide some crispness to this lager's smooth mouthfeel. Drinkable and refreshing, but very ordinary.
Final Grade: 3.54, an acceptable B grade. "Mighty" might not be the adjective I'd have gone with, personally, but Mighty Eagle is at least a passable American lager. Keeping in mind I have no idea how old this beer is, I was not all that impressed - it's probably the weakest beer I've had from Blood Brothers. Compared to other Ontario lagers of its ilk, it doesn't stand out at all. That said, if you enjoy pale lagers (and can manage to find a fresh dated can), I think it's worth trying at least once.

Poured a 473ml can into a pint glass. A one finger bubbly white head on a hazy yellow. The head soon diminished to a ring. Some patchy lacing.
Fruity corn in the nose.
Fruity. A very mild hop finish.
Medium body and good carbonation.
Overall a refreshing American Lager.

can from the govt. dairy bar - pours a clear gold with a 2 finger white cap that lasts...aromas of boiled grains and some soft floral hop tones....medium body, soft mouth feel, well conditioned character...flavor has bready malts in the front with hopping in a support roll, light sweetness....clean crisp semi-dry finish with increased bittering...light hop after taste...well made lager, nothing spectacular but if it came in at 5.3-5.5 abv, It could be my go-to fridge beer
