New September, 2017 release. Poured from a tap into Birch's pint glass. Copper, reddish brown color. Minimal head and lacing. Spicy aroma. Taste is earthy, with minimal tartness, lots of rye spiciness. Good mouth feel, dry finish. Another very fresh tasting Birch's beer, but not tasty enough to get a monthly member growler fill.
