At brewery yesterday. Aslin previously had a Hoppy Saison w/Nelson...this was listed on board as Hoppy Saison w/Pacific Jade & Pacific Gem
L) The color was cloudy straw. Slight residual lacing.
A) Smell was tropical fruit, more banana and clove.
T) Very clean taste. Not a ton of funk and not heavily spiced like some other saisons. Grassy, fruity, and lemony.
F) Light and juicy. Not super carbonated.
Would be super refreshing on a hot day. Gateway saison for IPA lovers.
