Smell: this smells like a hefe tons of banana and bubblegum with a bit of spice and vanilla.
Taste: If you gave this to me blind I would swear this was a German hefe. Loads of bubblegum and banana hints of spice and lemon peel.
Feel: medium body smooth mouthfeel super drinkable.
Overall: I think this is a hefe not a
Saison but I'm ok with with that I love Hefeweizen!

Pours a light golden hazy almost luminescent color. Aroma, grassy hops, lemon, bit of vanilla. Taste-grassy, lemon. Sweat. Mouthfeel is medium carbonated. Overall, decent saison.

Poured from the crowler into a tulip glass.
Muted opaque lemon, with a faint and fine middle carbonation layer. Head creation is bright white, quite soapy, with a fine collar and good pool of filling top. Looks a bit out of character.
Aroma has some bubblegum quality. Mixing tropical hops and a bit of grass. Clean and quite dense but lacks a bit of a yeast profile to distinguish some farmhouse character. Comes off as a new aged IPA on the nose more than anything.
Palate gets much more into character. Slight Belgian sweetness but with hop and juicy character to emphasize more tropical and sweeter candy like flavors. Juiced sucrose… is that a good way to describe it? More of a hybrid of soft malts and Belgian candy with pineapple and grassy flavors that hit nicely. Juicy body but a hint of wet, but makes for easier drinking. There's a touch of banana in here too.
A nice juiced up take on a saison, quite enjoyable actually but definitely takes lots of liberty on style blurring here. No pun intended!

32 oz. crowler purchased at brewery 9/1/16. Poured into Belgian ale glass.
L: 3F head, good retention, persistent ring & cap, lots of lacing. Beer is a light copper.
S: Orange, lemon-lime, grapefruit. Yeast and light malt. Liberty hops get you some floral notes.
T: Largely follows nose. Very soft and flavorful, lots of interaction between the hops. A bit of pepper on the finish, again from the Liberty hop.
F: Light to medium body, light carbonation (probably could use a bit more). Nice construction, lovely creamy mouthfeel, which granted is a bit odd for this style.
O: A bit heavier than you'd expect for this style and oddly seems different from their base hoppy saison. Bottom line, however, is it tastes really good, and that's pretty much what matters.
