Great White Buffalo is a wheat wine with vanilla and coffee. This beer has notes of white chocolate, dark fruits, honey, and a hint of coffee. Richard took great pride in creating this recipe, and it is now known as his favorite Aslin beer.

Coffee and vanilla are front and center. This is a decadent beer with notes of toffee, caramel, and brown sugar. Some citrusy hops come through more in the aims than the rate. Drinks incredibly smooth for a beer this big.

The beer pours a nice off-white tan head that dissipates quickly but still leaves a nice foamy ring around the inside of the glass. The beer itself looks pretty nice and is an interesting blood red brown color; it's definitely pretty appealing.
The smell is very good. The main note that comes is a strong vanilla and coffee with a light bitter hop note shooting through. It's definitely delicious if not unusual for the style.
The taste is also pretty good. The coffee and the vanilla are a bit more subdued and the bitter hop notes come out more in the taste then in the smell. There is a slight malt sweetness to it but not much.
The feel is good. It has a heavy body but fairly thin for the style.
Overall, this was a pretty good beer and an interesting one to boot. This is definitely one of the more complex and interesting wheatwines that I've had.
