From a 16 oz. can stamped H0312113E. Sampled April 16, 2023.

The appearance is straw yellow with a foamy white head and a little cloudiness.

The aroma is a traditional pale lager aroma with barley grain, grass, bread, and maybe a hint of corn.

Light, smooth mouthfeel.

The taste is sweet, bready, grainy, and grassy and there is a moderate floral hop bitter bite to finish it off. Clean and crisp.

16 oz can.

Pours a cloudy pale yellow color with a large sudsy white head. Solid retention. Leaves some splotchy lacing.

Aromas of fresh bread and cracker malts, cracked peppercorns, citrus, green tea, and subtly spicy hops. Very floral aroma.

The flavor brings strong notes of crackers, sweet dough, grass, cracked pepper and spicy noble hops. There's some light citrus. Very restrained bitterness.

The feel is light bodied with good carbonation. Lightly crisp and very clean.

Overall, this is a great American lager. It's exceptionally balanced and highly drinkable. At 4% I could quaff this one for days.

Picked up a single from Blue Door Bottleshop 3-31-22 for $3.25. No canning date; consumed 6-7-22.

Beer poured pale golden with a nice white head that has some very good hang time.

Nose is nice, fresh white crackers and black pepper.

Taste follows the nose with a light saltine cracker like malt base that is hopped up with noble like hops that lend a nice black pepper flavor that leaves a slight bitterness over a balanced beer; 6/10 on my scale.

Mouthfeel is light bodied, crisp and clean in the finish.

Overall a well executed low abv beer!

A: The beer is clear light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar and some lacing down the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of pale malts and floral hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the malty flavors are stronger compared to those of the hops, the latter of which also contributes a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, clean and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer isn't especially aromatic or flavorful, but it is easy to drink and doesn't have any "off" aromas or flavors in the smell or taste.
