16 oz can poured into a tulip pint glass. Pours chestnut brown with a large creamy head. Aroma and flavor feature biscuit malt, light earthy hops, and chocolate. It's tasty enough but why did they have to do this to a perfectly good ESB? It's not like there are many of those out there.

Look: It pours cloudy amber with an off white head. Head retention is good.
Smell: It has the aroma of cookie up front with some bread. There is a hint of spice in the background.
Taste: The flavors have cookie and bread. The spice is more noticeable in the taste than in the aroma.
Feel: It has a medium body with a somewhat bitter sweet finish.
Overall, it drinks more like a stout that is lightly colored than an English bitter.
