SauerKirsche pours a darker reddish color with a small lacing head. Very mellow and light sweet aroma. Taste has a tart cherry flavor, and a bitter, earthy and hoppy finish. A bit light and flat. Overall, its a nice beer, the bitterness is a bit out of place.
