Fresh IIPA v11 pours a beautiful gold, with a light finger of head. The beer doesn't seem to conform to that most popular of styles (NE IPA) as it isn't all that hazy - seems to be much more of a west coast style: rich, syrupy, and quite sweet. There is a slight presence of bitterness - it tastes like grapefruit rind, possibly. The beer is, generally, quite juicy. I like it - though I hate this format for IPAs. I'd definitely recommend a move to 16oz or 12oz cans for this beer.
But with all of the versions - I'm assuming this is more of an experimental, so fire away with those bombers. This is a pretty good one.
