Pours a turbid orange juice with a one finger, white head.
A wonderful smell of citrus, spice, onion and garlic.
Citrus hop with much spice, garlic, onion, pepper dank. Quite bitter. Almost a slight coffee ground.
Feels gritty. Dank ness up the nose.

Appearance: Pours a completely hazy, pale orange color. Slightly darker than I would expect for the flavor.
Aroma: So much pineapple, grapefruit, and passionfruit.
Flavor: Taste follows the nose with huge amounts of pineapple, grapefruit & orange citrus, and passionfruit. Really showcases the galaxy hops. Little to no bitterness. Yet not sweet. The citrus and tropical fruit overwhelm any stonefruit that might be present.
Feel: Airy and creamy. Hides the alcohol incredibly well. Nails the NEIPA style. Finishes clean on the palate. Slight alcohol on the backend.
Overall: An excellent NEIPA. This beer style should be changed to reflect the style. Airy pineapple and grapefruit. Airy and creamy mouthfeel. Top notch on all aspects. Hubbard's Cave has done the NEIPA the right way.

This is an incredible beer from a brewery that is finally being distributed near me.
Everything about this beer is on point. From the appearance to the aroma and taste this is freaking awesome.
