From a 16oz can (dated 120319) into a pint glass. Pours a hazy, nearly opaque yellow with about a finger of white head with good retention and leaves beautiful lacing circles around the glass. Smell is a little muted but definitely picking up some citrus juice and pineapple. Taste is juicy as well-very pronounced pineapple, orange and grapefruit with a decent enough bitter hop kick. Alcohol is fairly well hidden given 8.5% abv. Mouthfeel is medium, if that's a thing. Not soft, not smooth, but the bitterness does become more noticeable as I get deeper into the beer-no complaints there. Overall, a really good beer. Love that each IPA gets its own revision level (Yes, I'm an engineer. Thanks for asking.). A really good beer that is worth revisiting.

Pours straight OJ with little to no head.
Not a fudge smell. Much more citrus hop and not overly dank. Very good balance with the malt. Another wonderful Hubbards Cave offering.

Poured from a tallboy can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Dull opaque golden pour with massive foamy white head. Great retention and lacing.
S: Tropical fruits and citrus juice. Massive NEIPA.
T.F: Semi-sweet and juicy. Tropical fruits and citrus. Grapefruit, tangerine, kiwi, mango, and peach. Very modest hop bitterness. This is a New England juice bomb all the way. Thick and sticky on the tongue. Creamy and smooth. Medium bodied with more juicy hops at the finish.
O: The 'v' series from Hubbard's Cave are some of the best NEIPA's out there. This one is no exception... awesome beer and way far out front of a style that's become far bit too ubiquitous.
