Haven't had too many beers with vanilla, pretty delicious.
Pours an absolutely deep black, maybe the heaviest I have seen. No real head, or it dissipates quickly.
Hint of vanilla in the nose.
Drinks extremely smoothly. Amazing actually. Seems like it "should" be too sweet, but the vanilla is extremely pleasant, and the sweetness is never quite overwhelming.
Excellent.
Updated after a few more cans. It is a little over the top with the sweetness. Still a delicious beer, but not a 5.

This stout pours almost jet black with a pencil thin mocha head. Strong nose of vanilla--no surprise there. The mouthfeel may be the best aspect of this beer--it's thick, syrupy, creamy. A bit of complexity at the top of the glass--chocolate and vanilla with a nice dry hop bite finish which leaves a roasty aftertaste. By the middle of the glass vanilla has completely taken over--tasty, but one note. The end of the glass is where I had to shave points as the beer got very boozy. Great start, meh finish.

Pours opaque, dark brown in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is Bosco with vanilla. Heavy body, low carbonation, sweet and roasty. This beer suffers from the same cheap chocolate syrup taste that several
average stouts have....uggh I want more natural chocolate...Hubbards Cave makes a lot better beer. Makes me appreciate other chocolate stouts more.

Dark chocolate brown in a Stone RIS snifter. No head.
Strong over~accented vanilla, which mellows with warming,
Medium-light body.
Very strong vanilla taste.
Best at 50°+ degrees as the beer mellows and more subtle flavors of chocolate come out.
Another excellent beer by Hubbards Cave.
