16oz can into a pint glass. 3 months in the can.
Looks very good. Dirty dark orange juice body with a big white head. This persists throughout leaving layers of lacing.
Hoppy dry aroma with both fruit and pine elements.
On tasting, warming, bitter, earthy. Pine and citrus notes duke it out, pine nosing ahead.
Mouth closer to full than medium, finish a pine/grapefruit warmth.
Overall, very good interpretation of the style. Strong flavors 3 months after canning. Impressed.
