Copenhagen 22/7 2023. 47,3 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Grey can with some doodles resembling a rainy pavement.
Pours opaque hazy golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles finte thin layer of foam just managing to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet malty and fermented odor mingling with sweet tropical fruits. Citric notes. Sweet malts, rye bread and toffee. Peach and mango. Fermentation and sweet alcohol. Lemon and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitterwith a light mellowing sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Potent, solid Indian Pale Ale with a malty touch of rye.
