Appearance: Pours a mostly clear, light and pale yellow color with a strong white head. SRM of 5-6. (3.75)
Aroma: Strong aromas of lemon citrus, lemon and citrus zest, and citrus flower with a zesty pine underneath. (4.00)
Flavor: Flavors follow with lots of lemon, orange, and sontefruit. Citrus, zesty, but also a slight stonefruit, tea, and pine note underneath. (4.00)
Feel: Medium body, strong carbonation. Finish is zesty and clean. Mildly bitter. (3.50)
Overall: Lots of lemon citrus here. Bright, clean, and zesty. The bitterness is mild. It's honestly a great IPA. The only problem is labeling it "West-Coast". I don't know what that word has become anymore. This is a solid session American Citra IPA. (Rating: 3.89)
