A Saison crafted with an exclusive blend of French and Belgian yeast strains, just in time to enjoy alongside those beautiful fall colors! With a higher carbonation, Golden Leaves offers a crisp, dry mouthfeel that’s as versatile as it is aromatic. This Saison showcases a spicy, complex character with subtle tartness and a hint of bubblegum from its Belgian roots, balanced with fruit-forward notes from its French heritage.

16oz can, adhesive label. Date stamp on label is 'OCT '25'.
Clear with the first bit of pour but gets partly cloudy with the last of the can, pale straw colored body. Voluminous white head with the pour, and maintains as a full, fine bubble cap. Leaves behind short lacing strings.
Aroma has bubble gum and pencil eraser. Fruity undertones - lemon and orange.
Taste is led by yeast flavors and a touch of spice. Flavors of orange and lemon, dry funk - pencil eraser, and a spice similar to all spice. Aftertaste swirls all main flavors.
A little more than medium mouthfeel. Coats the mouth but ends with a dry finish. Spicy on the tongue. Very good carbonation.
A dry and fruity saison with a spicy bite, and lots of yeast expressions.

From a 16oz can. Canned in October of 2025.

The beer has a pale golden look to it and is slightly murky looking. There's a bit of carbonation that rises in the glass. There's a 1 finger white head to this beer. The head retention isn't great and there's no lacing on the glass.
The aroma is quite funky and a bit wild smelling. There's a Belgian yeast character to the nose. There's some earthy and floral hints to the nose.
This beer has a creamy flavor to start it off, but fades right away, and the funk comes into play. There's a lot of good hints of bubblegum, and candy sugar. There's a hint of a floral note to the flavor. The flavors linger in my throat and on my taste buds. Some earthy hints to the floral element.
This beer is creamy feeling right away. The beer has a sticky feeling that just coats my throat. Nice fullness to the body.
Very tasty overall beer. Very well made. Delicious.
