Nothing much to look at, murky dull orange, no head, no lace. But a pleasantly fruity melange of orange, pineapple, mango, melon. Tasty the same way. Everybody and his buddy is trying their hand at a radler in my neck of the woods and most of those are not worthy. This one is a drinkable effort, though. Nice and spritzy and light, a good beer/juice mix.

473 mL can from the LCBO; dated May 23 2019 and served barely chilled.
Pours a hazy lemondrop yellow, generating more than an inch of loose, bubbly, soapy white head that erodes entirely in less than two minutes' time. A frothy collar is left behind, along with several bands of messy, sticky lacing; looks fine to me. The aroma is a tad muted, smelling mainly of OJ and pineapple juice, accompanied by lesser hints of grainy malts, grape and lemon juice.
It's pretty tasty - pineapple is by far the most prominent element, with grapefruit also figuring in pretty strongly. Notes of grainy, crackery pale malts, as well as orange & lemon juices, provide just enough depth to make this work; the pineapple again takes over at the finish, lingering into the aftertaste. Light in body, with moderate carbonation that provides some spritz to this radler's smooth, juicy texture. Tossing this one back was a breeze.
Final Grade: 3.9, a solid B+. Lost Craft's Tropical Radler stands out in the crowd, and adding some pineapple together with the usual citrusy suspects is what seems to have done the trick. Thirst-quenching and tasty - no, it's not very beer-like, but if you're buying radlers you should already expect that. Worth a try, and I'm sure I'll return to this one before summer's up.
