5.6% Saison with Nelson Sauvin. On tap at the brewery. Hazy bright orange. Smells of hops and fruity esters in equal portions. Citrus, melon, sweet grapes. Maybe wheat? Taste has some strong wheat grain. Hops are a little grassier and more herbal here. Sharp bite. Juicy sweet fruitiness behind it. Yeasty bitter finish. Medium body. Pretty intensely hoppy saison. Works well, though.

Crowler in a pint glass. L: light hay coloring high visibility, very clear. A: grassy notes with a slight earthy overtone. Seems cleaner than a saison should be. T: great. Love it. Not as spicy as one would expect. Well balanced hop character, very unique beer. F: clean and effervescent, bright. O: great beer. Try it. Totally worth it.

Pale straw hazy appearance with a nice hoppy nose. This brew is light and refreshing with a nice little kick of nelson to give it some hoppy bite. That farmhouse funk creeps in on thr finish. Really dug this brew as it warms. Want to try this onr treated with some fruit.
