Saison with Pekko hops. 5.3% On tap at the brewery. Hazy pale golden body. Smells floral, lemony citrus, a little herbal, and strong saison yeast, lending some phenols and even a little plastic/band aid. Tastes pretty pleasant. Herbal and floral hops with a little citrus. Grainy and a lightly sweet. Back end is yeasty like the nose. Medium body. I like that they weren’t as heavy handed with the hops on this one. The yeast is still pretty blunt, though.
