Pours iridescent gold with a fine white ethereal cloud head that leaves frosted lace on the wall of the Noble Shepherd glass.
Floral wine aromas are followed by fresh herbs. Light mustiness and fruitiness hint at subtleties to come.
Surprisingly pronounced white wine flavors play off modest, but balanced bitter/sweetness. Musty with a long, dry finish.
This has a medium body with a soft cotton texture and lively carbonation. Alcohol is barely present.
This is a very enjoyable and seemingly sessionable beer. It is refreshing and interesting enough to accentuate a casual afternoon enjoying the company of loved ones. The brewer's passion is clearly displayed in this cozy beer filled with heart.
