Clear yellow, lotta head foam.
Funky, fruity.
As described, apple is the most obvious flavor. Yeasty, slightly sugary sweet but not tart. Too simple, might need a little more character from the hops.
No complaints with carbonation.

Consumed on draft at brewery during soft open on December 6th, 2015.
Beer is mostly clear medium gold with a fine white head that reduces to a tiny crown. Some sheeting that slides back to the crown with every sip.
Aroma is sweet with bubblegum overtones.
Flavor is likewise sweet and gummy. Some floral honey. Low/no bitterness. No funk. No sourness or fruit notes.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and well carbonated.
Not a "proper" saison but drinkable anyway.
