Brewed with all German malt. The malt flavor is clean, somewhat toasty with light caramel sweetness. Noble hops provide the characteristic balancing bitterness and flavors lagers are known for.

On tap at the brewery.
A - Beautiful clear caramel color with thin white lacing and low carbonation.
S - Light caramel malt base with delicate earthy citrus.
T - Starts out with a nip of sweet caramel malt up front followed with a light amount of citrus, followed with some earthy citrus, and on the very tail end the citrus bitterness builds and scrubs away most of the malt that's left for a very pleasing finish.
M - Medium body with soft carbonation.
O - Starts sweet and ends bitter, I really dig how this beer finishes.

Fresh from the brewery. This is a nice lager overall. It pours a solid gold with white head that falls to a collar. Pretty still beer. Not a lot of carbonation rising up. Smell is pretty clean, a touch of malt maybe, but relatively clean overall. Taste is sweet caramel malt, a bit of bitterness, roasty malt, a bit of nuttiness and as it warms a touch of fruitiness/bubblegum? Medium bodied with a bit of residual sweetness lingering in the aftertaste. Again, nice lager overall, would love it if it was a bit crisper and cleaner, drier even, but I'd go back for more for sure.
