A nice wheat flavor was the base, giving and earthy foundation to the brew. There was only a hint of the expected Saison spice on the nose, but it blasted across the tongue. The beer was easily drinkable, smooth, and a bit tart. A pretty nice brew, one I hope is on tap during the warmer portions of the year.
