Really impressed by this Saison. They stuck to what a true Saison should be. A low ABV (4.4) good sipping beer. Light gold color with a thin head. Very clean with a grassy taste and smell. In a beer culture that tries to reinvent the styles of beer it's refreshing to see a craft Brewery stick to tridition.
