Blend One. From the brewery back when.
Light yellow body with a minimal white head that lingers decently.

Nose is light spritzy lemon and tart apple. More of the apple. Light and fruity.

Belgian esters and that same bright green apple. Definite barnyard funk on the back end, but subdued. Almost a honey-like sweetness carries through, though it's entirely possible that's inspired by suggestion from the artwork. As I keep working through the glass the honey impression solidifies. Like apples and honey. Would be a near perfect summer afternoon picnic type beer.

Light and refreshing and spritzy. This would have been better served on a sunny afternoon, but I'm still enjoying it now, doubly so since I get to crack into it with my sister visiting.

This beer pours a cloudy golden straw color, slightly off-white head. The funk and fruity esters are immediately present on the nose, and they stick around to lead the taste parade. Mouthfeel is spritzy, but has enough body to keep your head focused on the flavors you're experiencing instead of wondering if you're drinking a spritzer.

A really well-executed Saison by a new brewery to me, this is a pleasure to drink on a warm summer day.

The brewery says this is a "Saison blend, 60% Biere de Miel, 40% puncheon aged mixed culture Saison." Which would explain the bee on the otherwise unhelpful label. From the 750 ml bottle purchased at Community Co-op in Bellingham.

Clear golden brew with plenty of white foam in the tall Bitburger glass. Flowery aroma with a hint of honey. Pleasantly frothy on the tongue. Straw and just a little tartness with some of the wheaty malt flavor. Some faint malty sweetness to start followed by the Belgian yeasty drying. Thoroughly drinkable and yet another excellent brew from Structures.
