Pours a nice bright ,lively yellow with an outstanding creamy/rocky white head..inch and a half!
Aromas spice, some sourness detected, bubble gum and a slight under ripe banana,
Taste very balanced yet very flavorful..same as the aroma mainly..coriander? coming through..some slight bubble gum.
Very nice mouth feel..pretty lively carbonation and a dryish finish make for easy drinking.
Very good saison and at 4.4% a lovely summer drinker.

A big foam that subsides to a nice pile of froth in the New Belgium snifter. Nearly clear amber color. Quite pleasant sudsy mouthfeel. Light but malty. Just a bit of lemony tang.
I am not finding a good description of how modest but tasty this is. Clean and not overly yeasty, a touch of the Belgian dry finish, but overall it's a wheaty mellow tone. This is one of the most drinkable Saisons I've had in a long time. If only they would put it in cans for summer. From the 750 ml bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station.

Thanks to Justin for splitting this bottle with me. Poured into goblet. Poured an active and bubbly light straw gold color with over an inch of fluffy, rocky, white head that dissipated slowly and left light lace.
The aroma was mostly yeasty spice, and some earthy grains.
The taste was similar, just magnified.
The body was medium, crisp, and had a dry finish.
Drinkability was very good, the beer stayed interesting throughout the pour. Overall, a very nice brew, I'm starting to wish i had a couple bottles.
