This one pours with a fairly small head, a dark orange body, and a lot of lacing.
This smells like overripe stone fruit, acid, wood, and citrus.
This is fairly simple, but well done and pretty bright. There's a good amount of whine barrel, with some dry oak, and a bit of overripe fruity funk- like a peach that's just nearly gone bad, but not quite yet.
This is light bodied, and really drinkable, with a soft level of carbonation, and a nice crispness.
The label for this beer is quite amateurish, but the beer inside is not too bad.

Slightly hazy pale yellow brew with modest foam in the Ciney snifter. This is described as "fermented in oak casks." There is just a touch of wood in the aroma along with bright acidity. Tart and spritzy in the mouth.
This is slightly bitter along with the scratchy yeasty taste. Some bitter citrus peel in the finish. The barrel scent comes out in the aftertaste as well. This is an interesting Saison on the sour side. Nothing malty or flabby about it. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at the brewery tasting room.
