Served in 16oz stemmed glass. Poured a hazy (actual haze, not murky or turbid) Pineapple yellow color with just a thin cap of white head that had no retention or lacing.
Lots of very nice yeast spice in the nose, with some light grain in the background. Pretty similar on the tongue; that Saison tang is right upfront where it should be, and there was a touch of I thought was pineapple in the background.
The body was smooth and crisp, with a dry finish. Drinkability was great, I see more of these in my future. Overall, a very nice take on the style. A must try if you see it.
