The color is like an orange smoothie. (And it's opaque, of course.) Decent amount of fine head.
The smell has a pleasant amount of citrus. White grapefruit and orange that's bitter, but not overly so. Banana and papaya are present. It's also a touch perfume-y. Overall, it's a really nice mix of malt and hops, but hops definitely have the upper hand. Excellent strength.
The taste is a lot more vegetative. Citrus is about at the same absolute level of intensity, but it's a greater share of the actual flavor. The papaya and banana are a little more forward than in the nose. There's a little bit of pine sap. The bitterness overall is what I'd call light-moderate. A woodsy element underlies it all.
Carbonation is fine and well integrated. The weight is heavy for the type. Aftertaste has bitter orange and bitter hop, but it's not overpowering. (The aftertaste might be the only thing keeping it from a 5.) Alcohol is detectable, yet not detrimental.

16oz can served in a big snifter. No date that I see. Bought it at Bottleworks yesterday.
Pours a hazy yellow color with a pretty respectable head that fades to a ring with a few islands and not much in the way of lacing. Smell is hops and more hops. Green and resinous.
Taste is tropical but dry, mango and a little pineapple but again not much sweetness. I get a strong bitterness, might characterize it as fruit skin primarily.
Mouthfeel is light and dry, though a little still. Overall, pretty good.

Not sure if this should be a new listing, it says Comet and Citra on the label so I wouldn't be surprised if they changed up the hop profile this year. But, it's a 16oz can with no date (as far as I can tell, Structures doesn't date any of their cans -- boo, Structures!)
Pours a very hazy orange-yellow with a big, almost two finger head that slowly collapses into a fairly thick and clumpy stable layer. Smell is pithy, juicy fresh hops.
Taste is overripe tropical fruit with a ton of resin and pith. Bitterness is there, hiding in the background and sneaking up on you as it intensifies. Overall, this is a quite nice beer.
