The look is orange smoothie, although the actual color is halfway between yellow and orange. A little bit of very fine white head. It almost glows.

The smell is nice'n'citrus-y. There's definitely orange, and it's got what I'd call a pungent sweentness. Maybe more like a clementine. Freshly cut grass meshes really well with that cirtus. A touch of red grapefruit. Overall, it has a lot of depth.

The taste is more bitter than sweet, although the orange is definitely still present. There's a lot more rind. Vegetative, too. It's fair to call it bitter lemongrass. That citrus and vegetation do come across as being very fresh, even though I'm probably a few months past the canning. There is a bit of nut oil in the background.

Carbonation is prickly, but overall there's not as much as there should be considering the moderate-heavy weight. Alcohol is definitely detectable for a sevenner. The bitterness hangs on in the aftertaste, with little glimpses of clementines.

Very murky in appearance, a greyed orange juice with a mustache of foam. Deep orange aroma.Very acidic and thick on the tongue. Taste is orange peel and chokecherry. Hugely and irredeemably bitter. Possibly this will appeal to the hardcore hazy IPA enthusiast but I find it undrinkable, between the astringent acidity and the gagging bitterness. I should be more careful in grabbing Structures beers out of the dim cooler at Elizabeth Station. From the 16 oz can.

16oz can served in a pint glass. No date besides the year on the can.

Pours a murky orange-yellow color with a fairly small head. Carbonation is very fine and slow. Looks thick. Smell is heavy citrus pith with a background of maybe mango or pineapple.

Taste is heavier on resin and bitterness, still the primary theme is citrus pith. Bitterness builds heavily.

Mouthfeel is reasonably thick, super resinous. Overall, nice beer.
