Our west coast IPA with aromas of grapefruit citrus, a firm bitterness and a soft, yet bright full bodied with over 18lbs per barrel of wet Amarillo hops from Loza Farms. Asserting a hop forward balanced bright, dry finish with notes of dried blueberry and cotton candy.

Pours a clear, burnt orange body capped with two fingers of fluffy, eggshell-white foam; solid head retention leaves a slim layer of cap, modest, frothy collar, and generous spready of chunky, webby lacing ringing around the walls of the glass.
Aroma opens to bready malt, pine accents, and a distinct florality bursting through over time, leaving tinges of musty lemon and hints of softer grassiness lingering.
Taste brings taut pine against flaky malt upfront, with residual grapefruit peel meeting a tinge of musty lemon over the mid-palate as slight grass and hints of orange zest mark the back end of the profile.
Mouthfeel offers a medium-light body and a rounded, airy fluff of moderate-high carbonation; crisp initial textures find resinous slickness underlying over the mid-palate, easing to a clean, soft bitterness as the back end of the palate settles through the swallow.
Basic yet brightly floral and cleanly earthy, this is a fresh-hop ale at peak approachability, with restrained bitterness in even contrast to mild, slightly fruity resins from start to finish.
