Pours a hazy, but see through, lemonade mixed with straw, white heady; soapy and bubbly.
Nose is a burst of citrus peel; mix of lemon and orange, sort of lemon candy like, light straw and grain.
Taste is a good mix of lemon with dry grassy character, again sort of straw or hay like, pithy on the finish.
Light body, despite its haze it’s pretty clean and drinkable; not much bitterness but it has that linger fresh hop prickliness; adds to the low bitterness.

16oz can served in a big snifter. No date on the can (as per low expectations for Structures in this regard).
Pours a murky whitish-orange. Small, wispy head. Not a lot of active carbonation. Smell is orange, orange rind, vitamin C tablet.
Taste is citrus rind, citrus zest, moderately juicy, dry with a resinous bitter bite.
Mouthfeel is light, smooth, slightly on the thin side. Overall, it's tasty and worthwhile.

Still no date, of course, but another 16oz can. More pine bitterness than previously noted, but otherwise fairly reasonable.
