Canned on 9/16/25; consumed on 10/29/25
Pours a foggy, sunflower-gold body capped with two fingers of fluffy, off-white foam; decent head retention leaves a limited few island of cap, a modest collar, and stingy spread of soapy, webby lacing around the walls of the glass.
Aroma wafts underripe peach and wet grass into grapefruit bubblegum undertones, with citrus rind soon dousing the olfactories as a soft air of pine lingers through the back end.
Taste brings notes of freshly-cut grass upfront, with accents of grapefruit peel building into juicy resins and stiff pine peaking.
Mouthfeel features a medium body and moderate, rounded carbonation, dispersing slick hop resins on the mid-palate into taut crispness forming over back end as a modest bitterness fades through the swallow.
Juicy fruits in flux with fragrant herbaceousness; a stellar balance of fresh-hop nuance.
