We make two traditional Saisons, (Pride and Vuja De) and wanted to make a third, but one with “new world” hops.

A classic saison is defined by the yeast-driven fruity aromas and flavors that the yeast produce during fermentation. We believe the newer tropical fruit hops from Australia and America go well with those flavors and aromas. A combination of Jarrylo, Topaz and Citra hops give this beer an assertive hop presence while maintaining the aromatics from the yeast.
