If you're looking for unusual beer styles, here is one for sure. There actually is an Estonian Farmhouse Ale style, called Koduõlu in the native tongue. Both BA and Beer and Brewing have good articles on it.
Pours a clear pale amber, so that departs from the murky tradition, but it's highly flavorful and yeasty. There's a lemony taste that lasts from start to finish, but slightly sweet and malty. The aftertaste is more like regular Saison yeast. Overall this is very easy to sip, but has that estery taste of Saisons, so I'd call it an approximation of the actual Koduõlu. From the 16 oz growler jug filled at the brewery tap.
