Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a light to medium golden amber with a two finger white head with great retention and lacing. Aroma of biscuity lager malt, corn/maize, graham cracker and faint grassy hops. Flavor follows, with biscuit malt, mild corn sweetness, a hint of lemon, whole grain cracker and light Noble hops. Medium bodied with moderate creaminess; nice mouth feel. There are more and more beers called Mexican lagers being brewed in the Northwest and I'd sure like to see the name codified on BA; they are distinct from American and Vienna lagers, although leaning to the latter. This is the style that I think is what American adjunct lagers aspire to, but are too bland and light to make it. I really enjoy both the biscuity malt and the mild sweetness and body from the corn adjunct. The hops are faint, but I'm not a huge fan of Noble hops anymore, so it's not a big issue for me. I'm not a session beer drinker, but if I was, something like this would hit the spot. Nicely done.

Taster at brewery. Bright clear golden pour, foay white head. Aroma is grainy and sweet, corn. Taste though is mildly sweet and crisp, slick, thick. Really tasty
