Blonde milk stout with peanut butter. On tap at modist.

This tastes like peanut butter ice cream. It has to be one of my favorite peanut butter beers. Not over powering, not artificial, and incredibly drinkable. Reece’s all day.

Poured from 16oz can into glass. Canning date stamped on can bottom is '01/28/19'.
Cloudy, apricot colored body. Half a finger of off white head recedes, but sticks around as interrupted islands and very thin ring. Leaves behind some scattered fingers of lacing.
Very expressive aroma of peanut and coffee, with a background of chocolate and lactose sweetness.
Taste is heavy with coffee and then the peanut. Chocolate is a minor player but certainly there. Sweetness from the lactose is there.
Medium plus mouth feel, rather thick texture. Okay carbonation.
A version of a peanut influenced stout, although lighter on the color spectrum. Coffee is a big component of both the smell and flavor. Sweeter than some other peanut/coffee stouts because of the lactose inclusion. Not my favorite, although I have to find the motivation somehow to drink the 4-pack of cans.
